Radical Empathy : A path to justice and equity in product design

Bias is built into our products—from soap dispensers to algorithms—and often harms underrepresented groups.

In this lecture, I explored how bias shows up in design systems and how radical empathy can help teams unpack identity, challenge assumptions, and build more inclusive solutions.

I shared a practical framework, a toolkit for inclusive research, and lessons learned from real workshops that bridged purpose and product.
